The desire of the family to make a difference in the chicken inasal business rising all over Negros gave birth to Budzkie's Restobar. The name was derived from Eduardo "Budoy/Budz" Bolonia Sr., the eldest son of the late Antonena Velez Bolonia, the pioneer and original owner of Nena's chicken bbq, known in their distinct marination that makes every negre

nse's taste buds crave for the mouth watery, chicken inasal - a perfect main dish that suits all occassions. Nena's son, grandsons and daughter now ready to invade the town carrying the legacy with a twist to deviate from the mainstream grilled chicken. Although, soon, we will be grilling as we put up our very own Nena's Grand, let us serve you now another variant, still with the same original marination, the first ever in Negros, another dish to look forward to - Budzkie's Fried Chicken Inasal!
