RESORT RULES
• Payment and Waiver: Full payment of the rental fee and completion of the waiver form are required before check-in.
• Capacity and Extra Guests: Respect the resort’s guest capacity. Extra persons beyond the limit will incur additional charges.
• Prohibited Items: Weapons are strictly prohibited.
• Pool Rules: Shower before entering the pool. Proper swimwear is required; jeans, long pants, and buttoned tops are not allowed. Outside food and drinks are not permitted in the pool area.
• Care for Amenities: Avoid lying on beds with wet swimwear or clothes. Any form of vandalism or damage will result in additional charges.
• Safety and Responsibility: La Tehillah Private Resort is not liable for accidents resulting from improper use of facilities. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The resort is not accountable for lost or damaged items.
• Cleanliness: Please leave the resort clean and orderly. All amenities will be inspected before check-out. WAIVER
• Should any accidents occur on the part of the guest due to improper use of our resort facilities, La Tehillah Private Resort waives its responsibilities for such incidents.
• Mobile phones, Laptops, Tablets, Jewelry, Cash, Watches, Clothes and other personal effects are individual responsibilities of each guest.
• La Tehillah Private Resort is not liable for any loss or damage of personal belongings during your stay in the resort. ADDITIONAL NOTES:
• We have no corkage fee. You can bring your food and drinks inside.
• We recommend bringing your own toiletries and kitchen utensils.
• We recommend bringing all the stuff that you need during your stay in the resort. We also sell mineral water, ice and coal in case you will be needing one. There are also sari-sari stores nearby.
• We allow bringing of pets inside at your own risk, but we discourage letting them dip or swim in the pool.
• We temporarily disallow videoke for health and safety reasons and to maintain the peace within our neighborhood. However, we allow bringing of your own sound equipment.
• We provide parking for 2-3 cars inside the resort. Other cars can park along the side street.
