The history of the YRRC when the YRRC Bar and Grill build last 5 years ago it had a pedigree that seemed to assure success. One of the owners aljon Yalung worked in Dubai and he decided to open a business in Pampanga and that is YRRC Bar and Grill. He contact the his friend Roman Reyes, Marc Rodriguez, Mario Cabigting (The other owner) to join his business. The origin of the name of YRRC Bar and Grill was the last name of the 4 owners (Yalung, Reyes, Rodriguez, Cabigting) when they were in college level the course that they took was HRS (Hotel Restaurant Services at Systems Plus College Foundation-Extension) located in Angeles City Pampanga. When the researchers were in 1st year college student that the researchers in the bar in Balibago the researchers decided to build a bar when become a young professionals. Then after a week one of the owners (Marc Rodriguez) thought of placing the bar was became success the researchers will add a grill so that the bar become and call it bar and grill.. All agreed with this name because there were several advantages on choosing this name. it was connected to our Habit. After the researchers decided the name the researchers suggested the be place build that establishment most of all was decided that the place is in “urbanized” place and that is Angeles City that the researchers target market were the foreign, young professionals, pension persons, workers, and other drunker persons. We know the bar and grill was bad ambience in other peoples but this establishment was good looking and good ambience and the food is good taste. Our concept was not only a drinking beer and alcohol we also served wine, mocktail and it is a unique we have a boodle fight for the group of students workers and others groups. Although it is the practice for some Filipinos to eat with their hands, a group of people eating this way from one source is an unnatural and contrived practice in Philippine culture does not represent authentic Philippine culture, but instead symbolizes fraternity and equality among military members by their sharing the same food the term is taken from pre-World
The primary purpose of this study is to conduct our habit and our lifestyle in our life like the researchers like to have. The information we gather and present in our feasibility study will help us to list in detail all the things we need to make a business work. The most important that we realize in this study is the “information gathering” this is the most important word that we don’t forget cause when the information none this study is worthless. The bar and grill industry is considered to be the middle known industry in the world. That we have a something new and unique this bar and grill has a twist. We also know that people loathe easily like food and also beverages. Other bar served alcoholic drinks and other grill resto served only grilled pork and fish. People could easily remember and too stick with our motive which unique and cheaper than other bar and grill and other food and beverages establishment.
