This year, we’re serving something much closer to home, yet equally iconic in its own way. The pride of Pangasinan, Alaminos Garlic Longganisa, more famously known in Metro Manila as the “Toothpick Longganisa ng Alaminos.” Bold, garlicky, savory, and proudly local, a simple delicacy that has found its way to Filipino tables across the country.
