I am now making a selection of condiments to complement your cheese and crackers, or your platter, sandwich, toasted or otherwise. Your potato, or pizza, or to put an added zing into your pasta dish. The possibilities are endless. Each one is crafted with your tastebuds in mind. I have been carefully working on my own recipes to get each one just right.

Great chat and plenty of it today at the Whanganui River Markets . Still a couple of scones left in the basket and I’d like to say plenty of everything else….but it seems to have been a stocking up morning! Oh what a great morning here at the Whanganui River Markets . ☀️ Plenty of people out and about on this glorious spring morning. Fresh baked scones are in the basket 🧺 and plenty of most things are in stock….although it has been rather busy already so I won’t make any promises today! Day 2 of the Wellington The Food Show and the doors have opened! Jamie Phillips and Sophie are ready and waiting. 10am - 5pm today at Hnry Stadium. Tickets available at the gate.

It’s day 1 of The Food Show in Wellington and we’re open! It’s a family affair for me this weekend with my sister and nieces in tow. Got the kids working, and they love it! Come and see us in the Deli Collective where you will find everything to take your platters next level!
