Reflection Time

What a week its been! This week has had its ups and downs with the coming and going of patrons, incidents on the street, removals, refusals and the continuous reminders about va**ng and smoking in the designated areas only. I am grateful for my team who lead and manage with conviction and passion for their craft. Working 6 nights, 4 of thise on my own, i am grateful to have the boss Tevita by my side on a Friday and Saturday night, reminding me that its ok to just be and its alright to chill sometimes, without becoming complacent. We share a love for our respective homelands and cultures and learn from eachother. The Saturday of Homegrown was a busy night but as always we held it down and kept it tight! Its been a long week, i am both physically and emotionally tired, on my way to see my babies who i have missed immensely. Have a safe start of your week, my phones going off and im gonna enjoy the time i have with my children. The PHAT Doorman OUT
