Split the D is here – our Dagda‑inspired Irish Dry Stout built for proper pints!

Ale malt, flaked wheat, roasted barley, patent malt and a touch of Eclipse Wheat lay down smooth coffee and dark chocolate over a clean, dry finish. Fuggles and Nottingham keep it classic. On nitro, it pours like liquid folklore.

4th in our Mecha Series and coming in at 10.1%, this stone cold killer Hazy rolls with massive flavour, big horse power and rumbling Nectaron / Citra / Krush hops. Pillowy malt base, bright tangy candy vibes, smooth in the saddle but quick to the kick – careful, it’ll get away from ya.

It's about that time for a mid-year shakeup!

Starting NEXT Thursday, June 4th, we're mixing things up! Since our Island Bay quiz nights are such a hit, we're switching things up and changing over from Thursday night music to Quiz Night here at Miramar.

The clues are connected.
The debates are loud.
And is back in charge of the chaos.

From June 4th, join us every Thursday from 7pm for a night of trivia, wild theories, questionable confidence, and the occasional completely accidental correct answer.

Hosted by the MC wiz Marcus Tidwell, Quiz Night at the brewery is free to play and dangerously competitive in all the right ways.

Register your team online and we’ll throw in a free bowl of chips for the table on our first run - because cracking the case works up an appetite.

Gather your smartest mates, your luckiest guessers, and that one person who somehow knows every answer.

𝐊𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐟𝐟 𝐚𝐭 𝟏𝐩𝐦, it’s free, family-friendly, and an absolute banger of a way to start your Saturday afternoon.

We pack the place out, so make sure you 𝐣𝐮𝐦𝐩 𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐰𝐞𝐛𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐛𝐨𝐨𝐤 𝐚 𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞. Arrive a bit early to get your food and drinks sorted before things get underway.

Menace is our house MC and when he’s not doing stand-up comedy, he’s causing absolute scenes with these quizzes (in the best possible way).

Join us June 6th at 8 pm for a FREE show from The Commas!

Welsh vocals that get mistaken for Cartman on a night out, backed by a horn section that actually swings (trombone and sax doing things they shouldn’t), rock-solid bass, keys that sparkle, and Kevin slinging Van Halen-level face melting riffs on his whammy bar laden guitar like it’s nothing.

The Commas are a high-dexterity cover band with zero filler. Expect dancing, loud singalongs, the occasional TV theme, and hits spanning centuries - including the occasional Ska song. From funk to rock to whatever makes the room move, they cherry-pick the bangers and play them with teeth.

No cheese, just proper grooves and “how the hell did they pull that off?” energy.
Come prepared to expect the unexpected.

Dessert Island - /Imperial Candy Bar Stout (10%) is back with that luscious oasis of Snickers-bar flavour, ready to transport you to a confectionery paradise. Yeah, you asked, and we delivered.

Flavours: With a Gladfield Ale base malt and a blend of dark and light crystal malts, light chocolate, and Eclipse malt, Dessert Island delivers rich, decadent flavors. Brown sugar enhances the caramel sweetness, while oats and flaked wheat create a creamy mouthfeel. Roasted peanut granules and cocoa nibs hung in the fermenter infuse each sip with nutty richness.
