Oktoberfest NZ New Zealand’s largest ever Oktoberfest returns to the Wellington waterfront for a celebration of B New Zealand’s largest Oktoberfest party is back!

Back with great bands, back with great beer, back with great brats and… back in the big tent in Odlins Plaza! Join us for a celebration of Bavarian culture with a few Kiwi twists. With craft beer, special German-styled brews, authentic food, Bavarian games and the country’s most entertaining Bavarian bands competing for the title of ‘Champion Bier Band’. Three sessions, over two days, we warmly invite you to share in one of the oldest and most celebrated festival traditions in the World – without the travel time! Willkommen to Oktoberfest NZ!

Guten Tag! Grab your lederhosen and join us at Heyday B**r Co to celebrate Oktoberfest in style!
Oktoberfest is back at Heyday and bigger than ever! This year we're going all out with German b**rs, great food, live music from The Steinbenders, and an unbeatable atmosphere.
Early bird tickets are on sale now for $30 and include your very own Heyday branded stein to use throughout the day plus your first fill!
When: 20th September 12pm-10pm, live music from 4pm

Wow we’ve been blown away by all the messages we’ve been receiving about Oktoberfest 🇩🇪 🎺 🥨 🌭 🍺
Unfortunately we can’t run the event this year.
Lack of sponsorship opportunities, suitable venue space, and some other boring stuff, meant it was too bigger risk for the organisers, Wellington Brass Band, to host the event in 2023.
Really sorry to anyone hanging out for this, no one is as disappointed by this as we are.
We’re hoping to bring the Biers, Brass and Brats back to the waterfront in 2024, and will make any event announcements in the new year, Prost
