Palliser is coming to the Thistle 🍷

This November, we’re welcoming Palliser for a special four-course w**e dinner as part of Taste of Wairarapa.

Each course has been created around the Palliser w**e poured alongside it, with w**emaker Guy McMaster joining us for the evening to talk us through the w**es, the stories behind them and what makes each one a little different.

Four courses. Matched Palliser w**es. One very good Wednesday evening at the Thistle.

Wednesday 18 November | 6pm
$145pp
Seats are limited, so book early if you’d like to join us.

Tickets via Humanitix (link in our Instagram bio) 🍷

180+ years of bringing Wellington together - and counting.

These days, it might be for a team lunch, client meeting, workshop, celebration or simply a reason to get everyone around the same table. But the idea hasn’t changed much: good people, good food and a place to gather.

Planning something for your team? Get in touch with us and we’ll help find the right space for it.

Another meeting in the office?

Or… hear us out.

A private room. A proper lunch. Coffee that didn’t come from the staff kitchenette. And maybe a glass of w**e once the work part is done. 🍷

Sometimes a change of scenery is exactly what the team needs.

Take the next meeting out of the office and bring it to the Thistle.
