RESIN RIDGE - HOPPY BROWN ALE • 5.4%

Take the scenic route to bold flavour with Resin Ridge, a hoppy brown ale built on a rich and rewarding malt backbone.

Layers of chocolate, caramel and toasted malt rise first, before climbing into a burst of Simcoe and Sabro hops delivering bright citrus, pine resin and tropical fruit aromas. Medium-bodied and full-flavoured, Resin Ridge balances smooth malt richness with a lively hop edge, finishing crisp, resinous and moreish.

We had one very confused four-year-old this weekend… but don’t worry, we’ve promised him it’ll be back!

Our old slide called it quits, so we’re replacing it with something a little more reinforced

In the meantime, we’ve still got games, toys, and colouring to keep the little ones entertained.

HOPS FOR HOSPICE - FRESH HOP HAZY • 5.2%

Brewed with freshly harvested Nelson Sauvin and Nectaron hops, Hops For Hospice is a vibrant hazy IPA that showcases the very best of the hop harvest. Bright tropical fruit, passionfruit and citrus lead the way, supported by subtle white wine and gooseberry notes. A soft, juicy body and smooth finish make this an easy-drinking seasonal release.

But this is more than just a beer.

Hops For Hospice is a collaborative project between Sprig + Fern Brewing Co, Sprig + Fern Taverns, Little Sprigs, Gladfield Malt, NZ Hops, Label & Litho and VISY all coming together with a shared goal of supporting Hospice and the vital work they do in our communities. Hospice provides compassionate care and support to individuals and families during some of life’s most difficult times. It’s an organisation that many have a personal connection to, and one that relies on community generosity to continue its work.

To help support and fundraise for this service, $1 from every Pint sold in Sprig + Fern Taverns/ Little Sprigs, $1 from every 888ml Bottle sold, $1 from every 440ml Can sold and a portion of every single keg sold will go directly to Hospice. In addition, many of the Sprig + Fern Taverns/Little Sprigs will be running fundraising activities such as quiz nights and community events to help raise even more.

This beer is a celebration of community, collaboration, and care. Enjoy every sip knowing you’re supporting a great cause.
