We’ve got 38 gigs lined up at The Tahi from November through to early April: searing blues, psychedelic rock, acoustic soul, Celtic folk, country swagger and grunge with its boots still on.

There are familiar favourites, new faces and names you might not know yet—but could be talking about afterwards. Plus Dirty Happies taking New Year’s Eve from 8 p.m. to midnight.

Gareth’s got the blues. Apparently a flavoured margarita can do that to a man. Sound on for the last bit. 🍹

Sonorus are the inspiration for this week’s little number. They’re at The Tahi this Saturday, 7 November, 7–10 pm, playing soul-soaked psychedelic blues rock.

Then on Sunday, 8 November, 4–6 pm, we’ve got Danny Crocome back with us. I could happily spend two hours listening to Danny play guitar, and that’s before he even starts singing.

Sonorous are bringing their electric blend of blues, soul and psychedelia to The Tahi this Saturday night.

Expressive guitar, driving rhythms and grooves with a little dirt under their fingernails. Music that knows where the blues began but isn't afraid to wander off the beaten track.
