THE LAST ROAST OF THE SEASON! 🍖

One last Sunday roast before we wrap things up for the season!

Serving tomorrow only (Sunday) from 3pm, so you can tuck in and still catch the Wah’s game.

This week’s roast:

Slow-braised and roasted pork shoulder with crispy crackling, herb-tossed roast potatoes with smoked paprika and garlic butter, orange-glazed carrots, and peas with confit garlic and crispy pancetta.

Finished off with apple sauce and a rich c***r gravy on the side.

A couple of new dishes have joined the menu for this week only🍴

Crispy chicken salad - crispy Louisiana-style chicken tenders with avocado, egg, tomato and carrots, tossed through locally grown Left Fields lettuce with our house-made honey mustard & sriracha dressing.

Herb-crusted monkfish — pan-fried monkfish with a cherry tomato, shallot, olive & basil salsa, finished with a crispy herb and breadcrumb crust. Served with gourmet potatoes tossed in creamy pesto.

Available from 5pm weekdays, all day weekends, until Sunday 20th September or while stocks last 🍻

Roast lamb is back this Sunday 🤤

Roasted marinated lamb shoulder served with spicy batata harra potatoes. Maple and smoked paprika roasted carrots, wilted greens and peas with mint and radish. A rich rosemary gravy and mint jelly on the side.

Octopus Salad - Braised and marinated octopus, finished hot on the grill and served with a fresh mango & chilli salsa salad. Fresh, punchy and full of flavour.

Jambalaya - Shrimp, chorizo and chicken tossed through Creole-spiced rice. Big, punchy Louisiana flavours with just the right amount of spice.

Crispy German Pork Knuckle
Tender, juicy pork on the bone, wrapped in a seriously crispy crackling skin. Served with spring onion mash and sweet & sour red cabbage on the side.

Pāua Sliders
A grilled pāua patty tucked into a freshly toasted slider bun with lemon, mayo and rocket. Simple, fresh and bloody delicious.

Something light, something rich, something for everyone with this week’s specials.

Octopus & Potato Salad - a great starter or light meal.
Octopus marinated in lime juice and coriander, then chopped into bite-sized pieces and tossed with shallots, capsicum, mealy potatoes, olives and cherry tomatoes. Finished with a little creamy aioli and served with freshly baked bread rolls on the side. Fresh, punchy and bloody tasty.

Lamb Shank
Braised lamb shank sitting on green lentils, with honey-glazed root veg and chorizo, all tossed through a grilled red pepper sauce. Rich, hearty and proper winter comfort food.

Winter Pork Chop - Sous-vide pork chop stuffed with stracciatella, mushroom & spinach, then crumbed with parmesan and herbs and fried until beautifully golden. Served with honey & mustard glazed mash and an apple c***r jus.

Blackened Salmon Pasta - Cajun-spiced, seared salmon over fresh pappardelle, tossed through a creamy white w**e & crème fraîche sauce with broccolini, spinach and peas, then finished with a good hit of parmesan. Proper comfort food.

The Stockman’s back!

One of our all-time classics is making a limited-time return. Tandoori chicken, pineapple, avocado and onion, all piled onto our homemade base with our signature pizza sauce, then finished with a generous drizzle of tzatziki. It’s been a crowd favourite for years, so if you’ve been waiting for its comeback, now’s your chance.

This week's Sunday Roast: Lamb 🤤

Slow-roasted marinated lamb shoulder, served with spicy batata harra potatoes (think crispy, garlicky potatoes with fresh coriander, peppers and a little kick 🌶️), maple & smoked paprika roasted carrots, wilted greens, and a fresh pea, mint & radish salad.

Finished with rosemary gravy and mint jelly on the side. The kind of Sunday dinner worth settling in for.

This Week’s Special: New York Spicy Fried Chicken – Two Ways

Chicken thighs brined for 24 hours, coated in a five-spice dredge, then double fried in a chilli oil and duck fat combo until they’re irresistibly crunchy. Expect plenty of heat with just the right touch of sweetness.

Enjoy it as a chicken burger
Stacked in a toasted brioche bun with creamy garlic aioli, pickles, and our spicy fried chicken. Add a side of fries for just $6.
