Meet the Team!

Over the next few weeks, we’ll be introducing our wonderful staff that make up our team, especially as there are a few new faces floating around!

First up, meet Cindy! 🧡

Cindy has been with us since February this year and has quickly taken on the role of the work mum.

When Cindy’s not here looking after everyone, you’ll find her baking up a storm, walking the dog, or planning her next overseas adventure with her husband Nathan, who quite likes a pint of Panhead🍺

MIDWINTER CHRISTMAS STAFF DINNER✨

We finally got the chance to sit down, slow down, and enjoy each other’s company at our Midwinter Christmas staff dinner! 🎄

It’s not very often we get to sit on the other side of the table and enjoy the hospitality ourselves, but Jane & Nige made sure we were very well looked after. Even after Jane’s boo boo🫣❤️

A really lovely evening with a great bunch of people and a good chance to welcome some new faces that’ve joined the crew! ✨

This year, Head Chef Reuben has created an ‘Ale Coastal Broth’ featuring fresh monkfish, succulent prawns and green-lipped mussels, simmered with chorizo and red capsicum in a rich b**r broth. Served with warm focaccia for dipping 🤤

We’re proud to be showcasing some of our fantastic local suppliers, with Cloudy Peaks Butchery supplying the chorizo and U-Bake Bakery providing the focaccia.

Come in, have a taste, and help us celebrate the incredible local producers that make our region so special!
