Calling all our local hospitality crew! 🍻

Hospitality NZ is running a two-hour Host Responsibility Course this Friday 10am-12pm, and it's a great opportunity to brush up on your knowledge without having to travel out of town.

Whether you're new to hospitality or have been in the industry for years, there's always something worth learning (or reminding ourselves of!).

And to our fellow hospitality owners and managers — this is a great opportunity to get your team along for some valuable training, right here on our doorstep.

📍 Te Anau
📅 Friday
🕙 10am–12pm

We don't always get these training opportunities in Te Anau, so let's make the most of them!

Get yourself or your team signed up, and please spread the word to anyone working in hospitality.

. Host Responsibility Training for all staff Regular staff training is an important part of maintaining and renewing your premises' Alcohol…

🏉 A bit of trans-Tasman rivalry this Saturday.

The All Blacks take on the Wallabies in the Bledisloe Cup, and we’ll have the game on live in the bar.

If you’re looking for somewhere to watch, grab a few mates and come down for a b**r (or w**e or cocktail - its 2026 after all 😜) and the rugby.

See you Saturday.🍺🍷🍸

How good was that sunset last night! 🌅

A few locals enjoying dinner, with one of our own getting a night on the other side of the table 😂 and Te Anau putting on quite the backdrop.

Couldn't have timed it better!

Well, Josh has saved a cracker for last 🥧🍺

Our final Pie & Pint deal this year is Wild Venison, Chilli 🌶️ & Dark Chocolate 🍫- Rich wild venison, a gentle kick of chilli and dark chocolate bringing a deep, savoury finish.

It’s a proper cold weather pie territory, paired with a pint and for one last winter feed.

Last one for a while, so don’t be the person hearing about it afterwards.

See you tomorrow at The 🦆
