We had a dig through the archives and found these food shots from way back in 2023. A few things have changed since then — plates get tweaked, garnishes come and go, and our chefs are always finding ways to make things better. 🍽

But some favourites have earned their place and are still happily hanging around on the menu today. 👍

They might look a little different now, but you will still recognise them.

A little throwback to 2023 — and a reminder that sometimes you do not need to mess too much with a good thing.
