On Saturday night at Macau, we had an amazing evening. After the Forkin Good Leftovers Food event in Tauranga, hosted by Simon Gault and Kate Finwick with friends they joined us for dinner at Macau.
The night was made special by our Head Chef Patrick Tamayasa, and our Larder Chef Kieran Turnbull, both mentored by Shane Yardley tutor at Toi Ohomai Tauranga who himself once worked with Simon in Auckland at Gault on Quay. A full circle of culinary passion!”
