We had such a fun chat with the owner of The Grocer at the A Night Out For Hospo

He shared a little about the business, their nominations and what he hopes comes from the awards, but what really stood out was how genuinely community-driven they are.

From sourcing ingredients locally to supporting other businesses, they’re a great example of what supporting local can actually look like.

And we loved his message: it’s not about competing, it’s about supporting each other and growing together.

These are the stories we love to showcase.

Reminiscing on a fun night with all the local hospo legends, and being able to celebrate 6 months of being open with the team. Being nominated for 6 awards was pretty cool, and taking home 2nd and 3rd in a few was pretty awesome too 🥂❤️
