The Reefton Club

The Reefton Club The Reefton Club is open Wednesday through to Sunday. Guests are invited to join members (please remember they must sign you in on entry).

All members and reciprocal members are welcome to enjoy a drink, a meal on Wednesday or Friday, or to take part in the club activities - pool, snooker, darts, table tennis, housie, indoor bowls. Opening Hours:
Wednesday: 5pm - late with Housie at 7:30pm
Thursday: 5pm - late with Indoor Bowls at 7:20pm
Friday: 4:30pm - late with raffles, members draw, Joker draw, spin & win - come and

join the fun atmosphere! Saturday: 5pm - late
Sunday: 5pm - late
(Closing time of "late" is because we do not have a designated closing time and depending on Club activities and the time of year, we can legally stay open until 1:00am, as per our licence.) Meals are available as follows:
5:30pm Wednesday $15 Burger & Fries ($17 to takeaway)
5:30pm Friday Meals & Sides $6 - $26
Thursday, Saturday & Sunday bar snacks & hot food available at all times priced from $3.50

Membership is $35 a year and you have reciprocal membership to other NZ Clubs and some Australian Clubs. Talk to our staff about becoming a member. The Club is available to hire. The venue is suitable for exhibitions, seminars, meetings, courses, weddings, 21sts, funerals, prize giving's, and formal functions.

Tuesday June 30th

The AGM was a great success. A big thank you to those who came along.

The quorum was met and the business of the year only took about 30 minutes.

Briefly summing up;
The annual fee has stayed the same ($35) for another year, although people can make a donation as well at any time during the year, if they wish.
Membership renewal was voted on and the date is staying fluid as apposed to everyone on a single day.
The quorum for the AGM has been dropped to 15.
And a big thank you to Frankie and her team for the wonderful job they are doing in the kitchen.

That's it in brief. A full copy of the minutes will be on display for a couple of weeks for those who wish to have a look at them.
