Looking for a Venue Manager at Perky's
Full-Time | Long-Term
We're looking for an exceptional Venue Manager to lead our team, drive standards, and help make Perky's a place people love to work and visit.
About the Role:
We're looking for a hands-on leader who thrives on building strong teams, delivering outstanding customer experiences, and creating a positive workplace culture. You'll be out on the floor, supporting your team, connecting with customers, solving problems, and leading by example.
What You'll Be Responsible For:
- Leading and developing a small, close-knit hospitality team
- Creating a positive, supportive, and high-performing culture
- Delivering exceptional guest experiences every day
- Managing day-to-day venue operations
- Staff training and performance management
- Labour management
- Stock control and ordering
- Ensuring compliance with licensing, health, and safety requirements
- Driving sales and helping achieve venue targets
Who We're Looking For:
- A minimum of 3 years of hospitality management experience
- Leads with empathy, accountability, and integrity
- Communicates clearly and confidently
- Can build trust quickly within an established team
- Stays calm under pressure and leads from the front
- Takes ownership of professional development
