Toast & Oak was founded by a group of hospitality professionals from Italy, Brazil, France, the United States, Australia, and New Zealand, brought together by a shared love of food, wine, and genuine hospitality.

Built on the belief that dining is about more than what’s on the plate, Toast & Oak is a reflection of the people behind it: warm, thoughtful, and always evolving.

A truly family-run vineyard in Bendigo, where home and winery are one and the same. Every bottle is the result of countless hands-on decisions, because almost everything is done by the family themselves.

Matthew shares how his experience through the Central Otago Burgundy Exchange gave him the confidence to take a deeper role in both the vineyard and winery, helping shape the next chapter of Folding Hill.
