It's that time of year again! , chainsaw sharpening service to get your firewood sorted for winter, small pole pruners and chains up to 12" $5.00, 14" to 18" chains $10.00, 20" to 28" $15.00. An additional $5.00 charge for chains on the saw, this includes removal, cleaning of guard area, cleaning of bar groove, grinding of depth gauges if required and re-fitting.

Just sharpened a set of Greenteeth stump cutters for a customer, these cutters are hollow ground on the face which allows the operator to rotate the cutters once blunt to present a new cutting edge. I also sharpen all other types of stump grinder teeth 👍

A nice range of fishing/butchery knives sharpened for a customer who is a keen hunter gatherer, he asked me how he can maintain the edge after they have had some use and what i find works well is giving them a tickle up on a good quality steel as being a hollow grind the edge comes up nicely 👍
