Brewing b**r and working in hospitality is all about the people - what the team does here, they do for you. So it was an absolute pleasure (and a wonderful reminder) to be visited last week by Javier (pictured with Jules - Brewer/Social Admin) & Jenn (the photographer) who own Cheluna Brewing Company in Denver, Colorado.

In depth technical discussions about NZ Hops and all things brewing was quickly taken over by more casual chats about the joy of making products from scratch for our customers, our shared values (which includes sharing a b**r, and talking about our families), but also how we do our best to create environments for all the people that come into our respective breweries and taprooms, that enable them to have a good time.

The cocktail special this week is all about celebrating ! We've combined their Damson Plum & Blackberry Gin Liqueur with their Dry Gin, along with lemon and something sweet to create the "Damson in Distress"... see what we did there😜
