Meet our Pear & Elderflower Negroni - another one of our Signature Cocktails here at Mix’d 🍐

A white Negroni, made with a classic London dry gin and using Lillet Blanc, and Luxardo Bitters instead of the usual sweet vermouth and Campari from a classic Negroni, with a healthy dash of elderflower liqueur ✨

The inspiration? We thought why not add a fresh & floral vibe to match the vibe at Mix’d! We took the classic and focused on making a lighter, slightly sweeter version for those who find the classic Negroni a bit much 🍸

Combining the power of Scottish whisky and the funk of mezcal, add in a touch of almond to round out the flavours, lime to balance & a few drops of orange bitters for zest - the end result is a cocktail that is both adventurous and moreish 😮‍💨
