As we sit here and reflect on our first week, we have to thank our wonderful customers who have allowed us to get things wrong, take too long, forget things altogether 🤦, and show us grace as we navigate new systems, new staff, and new challenges along the way.
To everyone who has walked through our doors this week thank you.
To our friends and whānau who travelled from afar to support us, the people who just popped in for a quick look, our Kura whānau, our hearty loyal locals, and all the new faces we’ve already met… we appreciate you more than you know 💛
Most of all, we want to thank our incredible staff, who went the extra mile this week. Long hours, tired feet, learning on the go, backing each other up, and doing everything they could to help make this first week one to remember.
This week wasn’t perfect — but it was real, heartfelt, exciting, emotional, and honestly everything we hoped this place could start becoming.
We’re learning every single day, making improvements as we go, and we’re so grateful to be building this alongside such an amazing community.
