Due to business commitments here in NZ and overseas after 11 years owning the property in Manakau and 7 years as a Bar/Cafe I have decided to close and sell the property.Also further a family member has recently had a double stroke and at thus stage we do not know the long term effect this will have.I would like to thank all patrons for your support over the last 7 years.If anyone is interested in purchasing the property contact Owen Kirk at Property Brokers.Cheers Percy
