My name is Pete Sayers, and I have been in this wonderful business for over 25 years. During that time I have made it my task to keep abreast of all the latest developments in both supplies and equipment. I ha

ve also developed my own “Single Malt” style whisky flavor. It has been a fascinating time, and I have met people from all over the world. I carry everything required for you to brew your own beers, wines, spirits, and liqueurs, at a fraction of the normal retail cost. Plus it is an intriguing hobby, one which has the added bonus of producing a very “consumable” tipple as an end product. I source my stock from all over the world, guaranteeing the best in quality products, and equipment. We here in New Zealand are fortunate enough to be allowed to quite legally distill our own spirits, in our homes, for our own consumption. So, for the last 25 years, I have specialized in home distilled spirits. Over the years I have experimented with still designs, and have produced a few “different” models.
