One more day , and we should be able to operate from our Bar after necessary repairs and revamped Bar.
Can’t wait to have our bar back. Thanks to the Builders , landlords and all other tradesmen in getting this up and running.

Should be fully operational from tomorrow.

Some dishes simply can’t be rushed.❤️

Our Dal Makhni is slow-cooked for almost 24 hours, resting overnight on top of the tandoor to develop its rich, creamy flavour. We then finish it with butter, fresh garlic, fresh ginger, and aromatic dried fenugreek for that authentic North Indian taste.

One of India’s most loved comfort foods, made the traditional way—because great flavour is always worth the wait.

Hot Spicy Naan Challenge at Spice Village Hanmer Springs . Winner was Mark finished in 1:06 sec. Pretty impressive right. Hats off to everyone who participated in this challenge and specially to the younger ones been so brave. Time to plan something special for next year.

Today marks 7 incredible years since we first opened the doors to Spice Village in Hanmer Springs.

Over the years, we’ve had the privilege of watching families grow, celebrating birthdays, anniversaries, and countless special moments together. Seeing so many familiar faces return time and time again has been one of the most rewarding parts of this journey.

Time has truly flown by, and we couldn’t have done it without the amazing support of our community. Thank you to everyone who has dined with us, celebrated with us, and been part of our story.

Here’s to the memories we’ve shared—and to many more still to come. ❤️
