We are purveyors of free range and locally sourced beasts and produce. We provide the best value and quality with our mantra 'farm to fork'. Nothing but the best of Aotearoa is included in our offerings. We have 20 taps of good beer and other inventive libations. The Menu caters for all tastes and every season. The Menu is changed on at least a quarterly basis. Minor changes are made as a response to market and patrons feedback and attempts to be responsive to market feedback. In addition to craft beer and inventive libations nothing except the best of Aotearoa produce is included in our formula. Business partner from Boston USA. All about low and slow BBQ soul food catering ethically to Quake city. We rub our meats down woth that special kind of premium tasty goodness only found at the epicentre of free range meats making the Christchurch scene what it should be. When finding the location to create Bootleg, the owners Charlie George and Campbell Parker, found it quite serendipitous that this location just so happened to be an establishment of disrepute named Charlie's who in a way upheld the same certain kind of dangerous approach to meeting the needs of the people.
