This is a full-time position for someone confident working in a fast-paced kitchen, able to manage their section independently, and proud of producing consistently good food.

What we’re looking for:

* Previous CDP or strong professional kitchen experience essential

* Confident running a section independently

* Good organisation and time-management skills

* Strong food-safety and hygiene standards

* Reliable and able to work well as part of a team

* Available for a mixture of shifts, including evenings and weekends
