Romel takes us through one of our newest cocktail specials. A rework of a classic without losing its identity.

This is a Negroni, held to its equal-parts structure, but softened and reframed rather than broken. Strawberry and vanilla are infused into Campari, rounding the bitterness into something more approachable while keeping its backbone intact.

Clarified through strawberry milk washing, the drink becomes crystal clear, silkier in texture, and far more cohesive in flavour. Bold, bitter, and familiar, just refined something more delicate.
