Final service before Christmas and a new dessert hits the menu, this is an apricot basque cheese cake with Armagnac ice cream.
We are having a few days with our families then comes back on the 28th of December and gatherings opens back on the 30th and 31st for New Year’s Eve shenanigans and a sold out dinner service.
Have a lovely Christmas and holiday period everyone, see you in a few days X
