Fantastic day with club champs played at the Racecourse Hotel & Motor Lodge . Thanks go to Nigel and Michelle Racecourse Hotel management for supporting our fundraising efforts today supplying the chocolate wheel and paddles etc. The Racecourse Hotel patrons were engaged throughout with many loving the Jenga challenges and some even joining in and participating in the games. Thank you to the patrons for supporting our fundraising throughout the day finishing with the warriors jersey and 5 other prizes. The results combined so far are Di and Tracey leading with 24 points, Wayne and Sedgeway on 22, Wally and Elvis 18 along with Miss Ellie and Smiler, Tracey and Annemarie on 17 along with Grant and Calvin, Robbie and Adam on 14 and Marie and Glen on 11. Next Club Champs is 7th November with winning combination overall recieving a $100 bar tab each. Thank you to Di, Miss Ellie and Smiler the fundraising committee for your efforts to make it happen. All funding goes into the club with a grant going to the pool team traveling to Tauranga for a pool challenge.
