We are leaving Meta today,

You may see our account here for a bit but we won't be active.

We're feeling more aligned with the values on BlueSky (social media app) and we have an account there, under the name of our Mother ship - Space Academy.

We would love to stay in touch with you over there, we may even make a pizza trap specific account!

Well, looks like we finally made it. Eduardo was kind enough to integrate a little bit of Pizza Trap into a school project & we're really not sure that it could get any better than our pizza boxes, making their way into a tiny, fantasy cardboard lounge. 🙏🥰😺

We are open for in house dining Wednesday to Sunday 5-10pm: don’t forget your vaccine pass and mask for when you’re not seated.
Takeaways are open to everyone 5-9pm, 7 days a week.

We move through a lot of basil & it best be fresh 🌱 Restaurants move through a lot of packaging. It is incredibly difficult to avoid 💔 Along with washing and delivering all our soft plastics to recycling (a huge job) we are working to REDUCE waste i ia rā/every day here at Pizza Trap. With incredible generosity from and her partner Malc we now have our first (uncertified) organic crop of basil (ready to serve) and our very own cold frame. Zero waste, we’re coming for you!

I'm sure you're all as excited about moving to Level 3 as we are.

While Space Academy will remained closed until Level 2, Pizza Trap will be slinging pies from Thursday onwards (give us a day to get all the doughs prepped and ingredients ready!).

From 5pm on Thursday, you can order via pizzatrap.nz, Uber Eats or Deliver Easy. Our hours will be 5-9pm 7 days a week.

We'll have a contactless set-up for pickups, and both our staff and any delivery people will be masked-up to keep you safe.

However, we do need you to order online - while we'd love to see you in person, we can't have any customer walk-ins at the current alert level.

So please, stay safe, and we hope to be sending some scrumptious pizzas in your direction soon. Kia haumaru te noho!
