Bar Manager - Fiddlesticks Restaurant
Are you an experienced bartender looking to take the next step? Are you an old hand at hospo looking for your next challenge? We need a strong, cheerful bar manager to lead our amazing team!
Be a highly organised individual with an eye for detail
Thrive in a bustling environment and strive to lift our team members up during a busy bar service
Provide training for our amazing bar team, leading by example and developing skills
Be customer-focused and ensure all guests feel welcome in our establishment
Improve and increase efficiency, productivity and accuracy through all aspects of the business
Experience shaking numerous cocktails and a good knowledge of product, as well as a knack for creating bespoke drinks for our venue!
Confident and willing to help out on the floor when our service is busy, flexibility is key!
Maintain stock levels across alcohol and all aspects of beverage, work with Venue Manager to coordinate stocktake
Duty Managers - Beach Bar & Fiddlesticks Restaurant
