A great few days with the AdventureWorks Ltd year 1 students a week back ( sorry for the delay)

Seeing these students grow from day 1 till day 2.5 was epic.

These are our future outdoor instructors, so something I hold close to me as a outdoor instructor also.

We also managed to add in a helicopter safety and intro session because well why not.

Out for the week with our good friends from adventure works and their new students.

2.5 days of outdoor first aid training, camping out, scenerio training and more.

Lots of fun about to be had.

And yes we come with all the toys, fridge, starlink, bluetti power, tutors need to be comfortable a 😂

Weekends are a thing for those that have the classic Monday - Friday or 9 - 5 jobs.

Our "weekends" are often mid week as we work so many normal weekends, training and upskilling so many fantastic volunteers from so many great organisations, from Coastguard New Zealand , Land Search & Rescue New Zealand, Stillwater Community Resilience Group, Whangaparaoa Community Resilience Group and that's just in the last 8 weeks.

So please if you call us during the week and we don't answer, we may be out fishing, bush walking, sleeping, or washing our clothes for the coming weekend.

Nice drive back from New Plymouth, via wanganui to taupo( thanks to all the closed roads)

Aonther epic outdoor first aid course in New Plymouth given aonther bunch or great people the skills needed to help themselves and there colleagues should something happen.

Now in taupo for a weekend if upgrading our bush skills, navigation, and see how some new gear goes.
