This Saturday it's FRESH HOP SEASON all along the Auckland Beer Mile! Venues and breweries across the beer mile will be pouring a selection of the best Fresh Hop beers of the season - get yer crew together and hit them all! FRESH HOP BEER MILE - this Saturday various venues all along the Auckland Beer Mile will be pouring a selection of this year's fresh hop brews! Put your bar crawl crew together and check em out - once they're gone, they're gone!
The team at Small Gods Taproom will have their first ever Fresh Hop Beer - Blanchefleur Amber Table Beer 3.1%! This beer is gloriously drinkable while still being full-flavoured, brewed with plenty of specialty malts to keep things interesting and provide a delightful body — Pilsner, Vienna, Munich I & II, Dark Wheat, and Carafa. Green Bullet is a magnificent, oft-overlooked New Zealand hop variety, known for its spicy dried fruit character with hints of pine, molasses, and black pepper.

Fresh Hop is back and this year, it’s taking a new path. Ten years strong, we’ve turned one Auckland day into a full-blown celebration of the freshest brews of the year.
To honour ten hoppy years, we’re spreading the love, and the beer, with a proper (Fresh) Hop, Skip and a Jump across four great spots.

That’s four venues, all within easy reach, pouring over 20 of the best Fresh Hop beers from your favourite brewers, for one day only.

Make it a leisurely afternoon at your local, or hit all four spots and make a day of it. However you do it, you’ll be tasting the freshest beers of the year, brewed with hops straight from the bine.
