Hi All. Just to advise that this Saturday the Club will be closed because of a private event in the early evening so please do not come to the Club this Saturday. On Sunday though, there is the SGM for the ratification of the 2025 Financials so come and join us 1:30 PM Sunday.

Sharon and the team thank everyone that came together last night to dine and share Matariki. Thanks to the spitroast company for the scrumptious meal. Thanks to the volunteers that pulled together to make it a fantastic night. Results of raffles to come.

Hi Members. Just a reminder that this is an RSVP event and that you all really should have let us know by now if you were coming along - yourself + 1 guest. To prevent and avoid disappointment, it would be wise not to turn if you haven't RSVP. Also this is a members only event and we will have security on the door doing card check for entry. Committee has a list of those that have RSVP and you will be checked off when you arrive. This is speculated to be a fun event so see you all tomorrow.

Our awesome band,THE RANDOM STRANGERS, are playing again on Friday night, 26 June, at 7pm. As usual, they are playing for free so a contribution to thehat is greatly appreciated.

Our Matariki Celebration is on 10 July. Club opens at 2pm and the spit roast dinner is served at 6pm. Due to the catering requirements you will have to RSVP your attendance by 3 July. This can be done at the bar, leaving a message on the answerphone or by sending an email. This event is limited to every fully financial member and 1 guest. We will be running raffles to help fund this and having the odd surprise “Happy Hour” or drink special. Who knows what we will do so you’ll have to be there to find out !!!

Part of the information included is to give the 14 days notices for a Special General Meeting, which will be held Sunday 19th July at 1:30 PM.
