Cap it off with a 'Gin & Stormy' to wash it down, a combination of the delicious NZ gin , fino sherry, a house-made wasabi shrub, lime, and ginger beer!

Our Herb & Tide Highball takes the traditional Pina Colada flavour combination of rum, pineapple, and coconut, and remixes it into a more refreshing and unique twist by swapping that coconut cream to water, then spicing up the pineapple with some curry leaf, and finally adding a little crisp celery bitters to put it over the top.

Not only is it a great pairing with our fusion food dishes, but it's also available during Happy Hour!
