Responsibilities:
β Preparing meal ingredients for the cook, which includes washing, peeling, cutting, and slicing ingredients.
β Assisting kitchen staff to unload food supplies from delivery trucks.
β Properly washing and drying all dishes, utensils, cooking instruments and cutting boards.
β Neatly putting away all utensils, cooking instruments, dishes, and cutting boards in their respective places.
β Packing take-out orders as needed.
β Removing garbage, replacing garbage bags, and washing garbage cans.
β Mopping and sweeping the kitchen areas as required.
β Storing ingredients and food items according to food safety standards.
β Wash and sanitize all pans, utensils, and dishes
β Clean, sanitize, and maintain dish machine
β Unload dishes and utensils from dish machine and organize them properly
β Empty trash containers regularly
β Maintain a clean work area and kitchen by sweeping and mopping as needed
β Perform additional cleaning duties as requested
β Clean food prep stations and equipment
