Bardus Team is now on a well deserved break 🎄 we will be back on the 27th of December from 4 pm 🧑🏼‍🎄 Until then we wish you all a lovely Christmas and a big thank you to all the guests that has been with us so far this year and a huge thank you to all the team that makes everything happen 🥰🤩 God Jul ❤️💚

𝕎𝕖 𝕒𝕣𝕖 𝕔𝕝𝕠𝕤𝕖𝕕 ! After some hectic first months of 2024, for which are very grateful but deserve a nice rest, Bardus will be closed for some days 💛

The bar will reopen on April 2nd and the bistro on April 10th - until then the Bardus team will be sleeping, travelling for some sun ☀️ and foreign inspiration, and catching up on some reading (we haven’t read all the books that decorate our cosy place yet…).

See you in a week or two (with a new menu in the bistro and our winemakers dinner on the 13th!) and, until then, have a good Easter ! Thank you 💛

Served with a velvety cauliflower purée, a rich red wine sauce, vibrant kale, and a burst of berries – every bite is a symphony of flavours ! Psst... did you hear the exciting news ? Reindeer now makes a delightful appearance on our lunch menu too, in the form of a hearty stew ! 🍲
