The current weather is not conducive to the condition of the vines. At night, temperatures drop to -3 degrees Celsius, and during the day in the shade we record 14 degrees Celsius. This is when the process of losing the vine's resistance to low temperatures begins. In winter, the vine is exposed not only to freezing, but also to the loss of winter hardening. At such temperatures, the plant thaws, produces sap and resumes vegetation, and worst of all, it loses its resistance to frost. Frost, which appears after a period of higher temperatures, leads to the weakening of the plants and even to the death of buds in particular. For several days, the vine has been crying during the day after being cut, and at night the sap that flows from it freezes.
