What Joshua loves most about the job? All the amazing guests and regulars who fill the room every single week! 🍸
His favorite drink to craft is The Last Word—the cocktail that originally made him fall in love with the art of bartending. It’s bold, refreshing, and packed with wonderful herbal and botanical notes.

Meet the Team: Jakub! 👋✨

Meet Jakub (or Kuba, as his friends call him)! 🙌
29-year-old Kuba originally comes from Poland and has been in the industry for two years. What started as a part-time job quickly turned into a passion—he loved it so much that he decided to step behind the bar full-time! 🍹
For over a year now, Kuba has been a key part of the Chair team.
What he loves most about working here is our professional vibe, the amazing atmosphere, and having a great space to continuously develop his skills.

🌶️ Favorite cocktail to make: The Chilli! He loves its unique balance of sweet, sour, and spicy flavours—plus, guests always find it intriguing.
