Hola Fo+Ma!

The incredible .melgar & from .mx in Mexico City join us for the special take over! 🔥

Do you need another reason to come down to D.G.Æ. to sip on delicious drinks?

You shall have it! For the occasion we’re joining forces with - an initiative started by our super hero friend .gutierrez in order to raise breast cancer awareness. Kristine is one hell of a fighter but she's not fighting this alone. 👊

50 NOK from every cocktail sold in D.G.Æ. and from every Paloma sold at Svanen that night will go straight to (The breast cancer association).

We'll see you all on Thursday. Period.

After seven and a half years of dedication, craftsmanship, and pure heart, our Head Bartender, Carmine, is hanging up his uniform. 🫡

To call Carmine a colleague doesn't do it justice. He’s been a mentor, a pillar, and a role model to so many of us. He is the standard of excellence: someone who never cut corners and everytime delivered perfection in a glass. Genuine, funny, always professional and at times a bit crazy.

While we’ll miss him tremendously behind the bar, we couldn't be happier or more excited for his next chapter. As the quote goes: "Don't cry because it's over. Smile because it happened."

Let’s smile, raise a glass, and give Carmine the proper, legendary send-off he deserves!

Sunday, August 23rd.

Carmine behind the bar, one last time.

Come share a memory, and let's make his final night unforgettable!

130 years of history, one unforgettable night. ✨

To celebrate the milestone of Savnen Pharmacy, we didn’t just look back, we looked at what it takes to stand the test of time. We were honored to host four true institutions of the bar world:

The vibes? Incredible. The insights? Priceless. The memories? To stay with us forever. We toast to everyone who joined us in celebrating history. 🥂

ONE LAST COFFEE WITH GLORIJA.

Our Croatian princess is hanging up the Svanen uniform and heading back home! We want to give her the ultimate goodbye during her last shift on Sunday, 3rd May. She'll be making specially curated cocktails while sipping on her all time favourite - coffee with cold milk.

Stop by to grab a drink, share a laugh, and help us celebrate everything she’s brought to the team.

BON VIVANTS IN OSLO.

Much awaited flashback from the beginning of March, when we got to host some of the most passionate people we know!

We shared laughs, good times and traditional pineapple pizza! 🤌

Thank you all for being part of our world. 🍸❤️

From 1896 to 2026 - this building has many stories, but our favourite ones involve you. 🦢

To honour 130 years of Svanen, we're hosting a celebration with four bars that represent the very best of our craft. These are some of the institutions we look up to, and we can't wait to share the bar with them to mark this special milestone.

Come raise the glass to 130 years of Svanen.
