ONE LAST COFFEE WITH GLORIJA.

Our Croatian princess is hanging up the Svanen uniform and heading back home! We want to give her the ultimate goodbye during her last shift on Sunday, 3rd May. She'll be making specially curated cocktails while sipping on her all time favourite - coffee with cold milk.

This Sunday, March 29th, will be 's very last shift at Svanen.

Rumen has been with us for years, and we know so many of you have had your nights, and your drinks, enjoyed better just by his presence.

We’re not letting him go without a fight... or at least, not without one hell of a farewell.

This Sunday, March 29th, we are inviting all our regulars, friends, and family to come and say goodbye to the GOAT (as he likes to call himself 🙈).

We are beyond thrilled to share that Svanen was awarded The Best Cocktail Bar in Norway at the annual Bartenders’ Choice Awards in Stockholm! 🥂

On top of that, our mighty Head Bartender .dimarino22 took home the trophy for The Best Bartender! 🦢🍸

All this is thanks to our incredible team who pours their heart (and the perfect measure) into every glass, and to all of you who keep the stools warm.
