About Us
We wanted to create a culinary journey, to reflect our appreciation for the cultures along the Silk Road, and the adventures we still dream of having along it. For our restaurant to offer a new way of approaching casual fine-dining, we challenge ourselves by working with not only predominantly organic ingredients, but also with only plant-based components.
Our focus extends past our restaurant concept to our bar where our organic wines, natural sakes and cocktails can be enjoyed by themselves, although we do have a selection of delicious small dishes available.
To follow the full tasting menu at our restaurant is to follow the path of the Silk Road, from West to East, thinking to what people chose to eat when they didn't have access to, or wanted to avoid animal products. It takes the form of 15 dishes, coming in 9 stages over 2-3 hours, for a price of 695,-. And if the tasting menu sounds a little too much, we also offer an express menu, where you can hop through the Silk Road countries with just 7 plates, each a little larger in size, coming in 5 stages over 1-2 hours, and for a price of 445,-.
There is also a choice of wine pairing or combined wine & sake pairing menus available for both the tasting menu and the express menu, for a price of 845,-/895,- and 595,- respectively.
