Gem 10: This one is ‘in honour’ of printed matter itself — and its potential to travel. What you see — the very big fold-out — is the ‘Perfection/Speculation Explorer’ by artist Adam Peacock published in collaboration with PRAKSIS — We were happy to be part of this collaboration, starting during the pandemic and still going, and: Circulating. Shot last day of (BABF) 2026!!! 💚 Thank you so much ✨

🔮 Context: The weekend 11–12 April we joined Bergen Art Book Fair — a workshop, a booth, and a talk! We brought a recent publication with McKenzie Wark + an eminent book by w/ .club portaying q***r football players, fresh art to wear by Lucian Barbu .brb — and a lot more. Besides: Co-hosting another workshop chapter of ‘Poster JOY’, a Q***r artist culture network for Norway & Sápmi, and a presentation, too. In general: nonbinary content all over.*

Find the whole festival programme at BABF.
It was FREE and open to all!

* Primarily by artists, activists, writers etc. that are Q***r and/or Gender nonconforming, and works celebrating such identities and perspectives.

— Three things happened last night, Saturday, 28 March: Her Highness Frida Marida FRIDA MEDIA had her 2nd show — ‘Fri Da Bites’ — at Oslo Nye Teater, Teaterkjeller’n. Congratulations to dear Frida!!! 🥕
Simultaneously, we are at Hellerau - Europäisches Zentrum der Künste in Dresden, Germany, sharing the AIR with Abjectified Project: 10 days as part of Abjectified Project and the group’s last residency of the EU project ‘Moving Identities’. And, back home: Workshop: ‘POSTER JOY’ på Kilden, Kristiansand, and it is time for a love letter!🧳💫 Almost 40 wonderful people showed up to the workshop and created posters to hang up around the city for the international Transgender Day of Visibility (TDOV) 2026 🏳️‍⚧️ Above all expectations — and for something that strenghten hope and belief in humanity.
But what is Poster JOY?! A q***r artist culture network for Norway/Sápmi that works with analog poster production and distribution. It is nomadic and this time around Poster JOY showed up at / Kilden Teater. Thank you, tech and assistance at Kilden — in particular Knut, and Gabriela Melo Larsen for pulling the strings (for a long time!) and welcoming with such warmth.
And of course: Big kudos to eminence Jo Ravn Abusland and Liam Eric Bula for representing, and The Press Press and GARASJE for collaboration. Further reading about the background, organization, funding and more — go to the event or the Karmaklubb* gold mine: karmaklubb dot com.

👉 Want more? Come along for the JOY of hanging up the posters around Kristiansand! Meet up for a celebration of TDOV Tuesday 31 March at Barrikaden 17:00 / 5 PM.
