Terronia brings a slower, more intentional way of experimenting drinks.⁠

Inspired by a European piazza, the venue anchors itself around a fountain and a bar with and open layout that invites conversation. The drink program is elaborated in-house by founder Mycol Cavalieri with a strong focus on balance and fresh ingredients that are often grown on site.⁠

There’s no rush here. The pace is part of the experience.⁠

Behind the bar, a single Tayēr system keeps the workflow grounded. The first of its kind installed in Australia.

A traditional under-counter style gives Leon a more familiar silhouette, built for efficient, comfortable service. It can also integrate into existing bar setups when needed.⁠

A single frontline bar carrying the full operation, from service to storage.⁠

An intimate and warm venue in the heart of Manhattan, LenLen takes inspiration from the 1970s' domestic spaces of Bangkok. The bar and restaurant share a single room, working in synergy and guiding guest flow smoothly between counter and tables.⁠
At the center of the operation is a custom double station based on the Paloma system. All core functions are concentrated into a clean, uninterrupted counter that blends smoothly into the space and atmosphere of LenLen.⁠
The project was developed in close collaboration with Chris Li, who led the spatial design and layout of the venue.⁠

Earlier this month, the team gathered in Oslo for its annual team summit.⁠

The place where it all started was a fitting location. A familiar environment for some, as this is where our office is located, and a first time for the newcomers.⁠

When an international team meets at the same spot, it's an opportunity to talk strategy, next steps and direction of course. But meetings and presentations are only the tip of the iceberg. Making the most of this time together with passionate discussions, more quiet moments or simply sharing the same space all together is really what makes an event like this worth it.⁠

Behind the scenes of SEDE bar installation.⁠​⁠

⁠We visited the venue a couple of weeks before its official opening and had a chance to talk with the owner, architect and installers as they were putting the bar together.⁠​⁠

The final result is an elongated and elegant island system, inspired by the intimacy a chef's table. It is a highly bespoke station made and tailored exclusively for the needs of SEDE, which demanded a highly adaptable setup that was efficient for 2 bartenders.​⁠

The Musaek custom station was an amazing project to work on. ⁠

The bar had to feel warm and welcoming, while at the same time accounting for a high volume of affluence. It also needed to remain open to answer the "transparency" overall concept of the venue.⁠

The result is this unique U-shaped, uninterrupted bar of over 10 meters in length, including 6 independent stations. Multiple bartenders can work simultaneously directly in front of guests and service flow feels smooth and uncluttered. ⁠

Out of the many things New York City can offer its inhabitants and visitors, the very rich and contrasted food scene is on the top of the list. ⁠
It is reflected by places such as Musaek: an underground sea food & high end cocktail bar located below the center of K-town.⁠

Down here, everything is built around transparency and clarity. The very word "musaek" meaning colorless in Korean. The whole venue is inspired by this concept: from the food inspired by Korean coastal cuisine, to the highly well crafted, clarified beverage program.⁠

John, the bar manager, guided us through the impressive U-shaped station designed to carry the venue's interactive operation model it runs with its guests.⁠
