Thursday 28.04 We Run it all in time for those of you who arrive early with the "Day of Adventure", where you choose from three activities followed by the lunch at Egon in the city. These Three are: View the Fjords, a film show in the Heart of Ålesund. Sit in peace and quiet and take in an airy experience with the history of the fjords, climate, mountains, fire of the 1904 and the revival of the city in Art Nouveau. About industry like fishing and furniture, not to mention the Northern Lights!
Guided tour to Aksla, top of Ålesunds Byfjell. We walk through the city park and up the 418 stairs to a breathtaking view of the archipelago, the city centre and the Sunnmøre Alps. Here There is also a café if someone wants a break after the trip on top of Ålesund.
Trip to the Atlantic Park, one of Northern Europe's largest and most unique saltwater aquariums. A showcase for life along the Norwegian coast! Overlooking the ocean, the rich fishing grounds and the deep Norwegian fjords, one here can observe, experience and learn about the marine life of nature. The Atlantic Park has daily feeding of otters, seals and penguins as well as diver shows! (Deductible 65kr + bus).
