Hurra! 🎉

Onsdag ble vårt flotte prosjekt i Åstadveien 10–12 på Billingstad sluttbehandlet i politisk planutvalg – vedtatt med 9–1 stemmer! Dette markerer en viktig milepæl for oss, nå gleder oss til neste fase – rammesøknad og salgsstart våren 2026 🤝

Prosjektet, utviklet i samarbeid med Fjord Arkitekter AS , består av:
🏡 15 varierte boenheter for generasjonssamfunnet – 9 leiligheter, 4 rekkehus og en tomannsbolig
🌿 Et hyggelig tun med gode solforhold og flotte uteområder
🏠 Felles innvendig areal med gjesteleilighet
🚶‍♀️ Kort vei til Billingstad stasjon og tilrettelegging for redusert bilbruk i hverdagen

Vår erfaring er at god arkitektur og stedstilpasning er, og blir mer viktig. Her fikk vi skryt av politikerne!

Great news from the north!

Trondheim Municipality has granted a building permit for our project, Berg Hageby, for .no. 🥂 The project consists of three housing blocks with a total of 22 apartments of different sizes.

Looking forward to work on the detaling.
