April 11-29, just in time for the cherry trees to bloom, we welcome our Sakura menu, a six-course dinner by TAK's culinary director Frida Ronge.

Sakura, Japanese for cherry tree, is the definitive sign of spring. The blossoming of the pink trees represents a time of renewal and optimism.
