But now for real... The last time!

As the weather is still a bit unsteady and cold winds are still blowing, why not warm the body with some melted cheese?

Once more with lots of sharing, caring and feasting at our very authentic Swiss Raclette evening. Not directly up in a mountain cabin but almost, right on Nygårdshøyden.

And who knows, maybe we even get some fitting snow on that occasion.

It is really happening. Klee celebrates its SECOND birthday!

We made it through 24 months or 104 weeks or 730 days or 17’520 hours or 1’051’200 minutes or 63’072’000 seconds… and we are still alive!

And let’s be completely honest, it still would not have been possible without You. So as a huge THANK YOU — and definitely not because we are looking for any excuse to celebrate — we decided to honour this milestone in a proper way.

With the sun finally shining through, we’re welcoming our SECOND year with a brand new spring menu — lighter, brighter, and full of new flavours.

Onsdag 18. mars inviterer vi til en ny kveld med whisky-smaking. Denne gangen utforsker vi World Whiskies – fem spennende whiskyer fra ulike deler av verden, hver med sin egen karakter og historie.

Smakingen ledes av vår vert i en uformell og hyggelig atmosfære, og vi serverer småretter og snacks som passer til hver whisky.

Good people of Bergen, let it be known:
A new cake hath arrived at our counter — a Vanilla Sponge Cake with Ube & Sesame. Soft as a cloud, fair to behold, and gentle in sweetness.

Topped with a smooth ube–sesame ganache, this slightly Filipino-inspired treat is fit for both swift takeaway and leisurely enjoyment within our walls.

Know this also: ube is a purple yam, beloved in Filipino desserts for its natural hue and mild, nutty sweetness — and this delight is the first of its kind in Bergen.
