Jacobs Bar & Kjøkken [email protected] Our concept is based on our personal prefrences in food and beverage. We do a 4-course menu with beverage pairings for each course.

We prefer biodynamic agricultural philosophy, but we are not extremists and like to stay openminded about what we do. Therefore, we serve natural wines and build our menu from what we can get from time to time. We also have an a la carte menu, where the amount of items vary depending on the season.

I høst bestemte vi oss for å avslutte Jacobs Bar & Kjøkken. Restauranten hadde derfor sin siste åpningsdag 21. desember. Vi takker alle gjester som har satt pris på oss og det vi har servert av mat og drikke.

Minibar fortsetter og åpner igjen over nyttår.

Colonialen på Engen flytter inn i januar og åpner i løpet av noen uker.

Vi takker for oss og ønsker alle et riktig godt nytt år.

What is a natural wine? Aren't all wines natural?
Come and find out why most wines are not natural and learn what the differences are between conventional, organic, biodynamic and natural wines. This is an introductory course where we will taste and discuss four different wines, one from each category.
